In this photo the clouds are very beautiful so shouldn't be cropped out. Maybe a bit of cropping to only see a bit of the blue sky, but otherwise. The subject is the sunset and how it affects the sky and water. Beautiful. |

I agree with you, Chazz55. Play with cropping so that the bird isn't quite so centered. Please don't magnify very much, though, as then the bird may become fuzzy. |

The water reminds me of an Aztec or Mayan carving. Very pretty. Sharp focus; maybe a bit tighter cropping would be better. Try it and see. |

Next time you could think about cropping out (or burning in) those white spots on the left as they distract from the lovely striations and seaweed. The white spots in center right could stay in as a focal point. There is also a white spot on the top right that could be darkened. I like these kinds of abstracts. Thanks. |

I'd love to see more detain of the boat. Maybe crop off some of the foreground so the boat becomes larger. The birds tell the story. I'm not sure if the boat is abandoned or not. Mysterious. |
