Critiquing one another s work often gives you a perspective on your own photography that you might not have considered before. As photographers, we often get so invested in what we re doing that we fail to see some small things that can make a photo better. If another person can point this out to us, it can lead to some improvements in our work.

Be prepared to receive advice that you don't like, or don't agree with. If you receive what you think is bad comment, first think about the comment from their point of view. They may well just have a point. However, if you still don't agree, be polite and respectful or better don't reply. Never get into an arguing match with someone who doesn't share your opinion of your photo. It is, after all, only an opinion and everyone is entitled to their own.

This is wonderful! I love the lighting - it makes this photo. The reflections are spectacular. In terms of improvements, I would probably add a vignette, i.e. darken the corners to keep the eye inside the image. Excellent capture!

What an interesting view of Excalibur. The vignette is a bit unusual. In most cases people are trying to darken the corners, but the maker decided to lighten them up and it works. It makes the image light and adds the idea of fairy tail. And the reflections add to the image. Well done.

I can see two images here. The top one is about the boat with it's own reflection and the second one is about the branches and their reflections. I am not sure these two subjects work together sine my eye jumps from the branches to the boat and back. It feels that the maker didn't make the decision what is the subject here and now I as a viewer have to decide.

This is an interesting shot, but it needs post-processing. Nothing special, playing with highlights and shadows, but without it the image looks dull.

I concur with the other reviews. The bokeh accentuates the sharp image in the water drop.

Very nicely done to capture those mountains, clouds and colors reflecting in the water.
